This document establishes the terms and conditions applicable to consulting services in economic policies, financial compliance audit, and training provided by europereform (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") through the website europereform.com. Services include, but are not limited to: corporate governance, cross-border tax optimization, and organizational change management.
The Provider undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence, in accordance with applicable standards in the European Union. The User (the "Client") undertakes to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. Any use of the services for illegal purposes or contrary to EU legislation is strictly prohibited.
The Provider assumes no liability for indirect losses, moral damages, or financial consequences resulting from improper use of the services. The total liability of the Provider is limited to the value of services provided in the last 12 months. The Provider does not guarantee obtaining specific financial results.
Payment for services is made according to the issued invoice, within 30 days from the date of issuance. Refunds are possible only in case of non-provision of services due to the Provider's fault, according to the terms agreed in the individual contract. Partial refunds for services already provided are not accepted.
The Provider may suspend or terminate the Client's access to services in case of serious breach of terms, including but not limited to: providing false information, non-payment for services, or abusive use of the platform. The Client may unilaterally terminate the contract with a 30-day notice.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms, with prior notification to Clients by email or by posting on the website at least 15 days before the effective date. Continued use of the services after modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
